Dowling Advisory Group was founded by Alexis Dowling, a healthcare professional with experience across healthcare administration, insurance appeals strategy, provider outreach, and social service systems.
Throughout her career, Alexis has worked closely with providers, families, and community-based organizations navigating complex healthcare and Medicaid-funded environments. She consistently observed that many organizations delivering critical services were constrained by inefficient systems, unclear workflows, and administrative processes that were not designed to support long-term sustainability.
Alexis founded Dowling Advisory Group to bridge the gap between mission and operations. Her advisory work is grounded in practical healthcare experience and informed by a public health and social services lens.
